Why are you not replying my emails?

Please give our assistant 2-3 working days to get back to you on your purchase confirmation. We operate on weekdays and on occasional Saturdays. We do not operate on weekends and all emails will be replied over the week. It's the weekend, go out and have fun! (:


When will the postman deliver my parcel to me?

For parcels to be mailed in Singapore, SingPost only makes delivery of your registered parcel during working hours on weekdays and half days on Saturday. Please check with your local postage service for parcels to countries other than Singapore.


How do I make a purchase?

Simply add the items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart and after you clicked on 'Check Out', you will be directed to PayPal for payment. As simple as that!


How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). So yes, this store is secure.


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to make a purchase from this store. You just need to have either Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit/debit cards to pay through Paypal. Although if you already have a PayPal account, it will be more convenient to use it to pay for your purchases.


Besides PayPal, what other forms of payment do you accept?

We also accept DBS/POSB Internet Banking or ATM Transfers, drop us a mail at [email protected] and we will revert with our details! We also accept cash payments during meetups or purchases at Rondavous Lingerie (Click on our Samples page for more info!


Do you offer meet ups besides being able to make a purchase at Far East Plaza?

Currently we offer meet ups at Raffles Place on weekdays. If you wish to pay by cash during a meetup, simply fill up the contact form with the products that you would like to purchase and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can. Meetups will be good to save on postage fees and to ensure that your products are handled well before they reach you!


Do you ship Odbo products to other countries?

Yes we do! If your shipping address is not listed there for you to select when you check out, drop us a mail at [email protected] and we will fix it right away! We are currently increasing the number of countries we ship to as fast as we can, thanks for your patience!


I noticed that you only mail out the items via registered mail. Why is that so?

This is to ensure a safe and smooth delivery of your purchases as registered mail allows tracking.


Do you provide refunds if I do not like the product that i purchased?

Unless you are absolutely sure that the rash/outbreak on your skin is caused by The Odbo products (which we highly doubt so because The Odbo only uses natural ingredients), we will not provide a refund (excluding postage fee) on the products purchased when we receive the return of the products via mail. Please write in to us at [email protected] with the before and after pictures before sending back your products, and we will revert to you as soon as we can.


I'm not satisfied. How do I vent my frustration?

If you are not satisfied with our service, please go easy on us if it is something small because we will most likely feel really bad about screwing up. But if we made you really upset, please write in to us in CAPLOCKS if need be!


Will you invade my privacy?

We do not give or sell your personal info to any other company, human, crustacean or alien being.
